Enrollment

We are so glad you're interested in enrolling at Eastbridge Academy of Excellence! At Eastbridge Academy of Excellence, you will quickly find that our school will empower your student to be his or her best and that our staff will do whatever it takes for your child to reach their full potential.

Documents required for enrollment are:

• State-issued identification (parent and/or student)

• Student's birth certificate

• Proof of address (i.e. current utility bill, current lease, bank statement, etc.)

• Proof of income (students 18 and over)

• Current vaccination record

• Student's official transcripts

• Withdrawal letter from student's most recent school previously attended

• Proof of guardianship, if applicable
